EXCLUSIVE RENEGADE HEALTH ARTICLE 2012

One thing to keep in mind is that large amounts of fruit eaten by proponents of raw foods. The records showed the raw food diet and the average daily rate for eating citrus to be 4.8, and the average amount of fruits and 62 percent of the total, or an average consumption of 9.5 kg of fruit per week. (Maximum a person consumes 23.7 kg, which is a lot of fruit!)
It is no secret that despite the fruits have a lot of health benefits, but also can be high in sugar and acidity - a double whammy of the teeth. In fact, I have advised the British Dental Association (BDA), the safest approach is to eat only apples to eat at meal times, and then rinse your mouth to reduce the damage to the teeth. Add to that the amount of sugar in apples and other fruits (perhaps) has increased by up to 50 per cent over the past two decades, and the tension and genetically farmers' varieties to be sweeter flavor.
